航空安全带（Aviation Seatbelts）是为了在碰撞时，对乘员进行约束以及避免碰撞时乘员与座椅，或飞机等发生二次碰撞或避免碰撞时冲出座椅外导致死伤的安全装置。
安全带设计要素：安全带在设计上应该满足乘员的保护性能、提醒使用安全带以及舒适性和方便性方面的要求。

1、安全带锁扣自带安全锁死功能，这种功能在车辆受外力比较大时内部的雷管和气囊一起爆炸，致使安全带锁死，这就需要更换安全带锁扣总成；
2、因为车轮受外力致使车辆电脑出现错误指令，致使安全带锁死，用专用检测仪消除故障码后，可解决锁死故障。
预紧式安全带（PRETENSIONER SEAT BELT）也叫预缩式安全带。它的特点：当汽车发生碰撞事故的一瞬间，乘员尚未向前移动时它会首先拉紧织带，立即将乘员紧紧地绑在座椅上，然后锁止织带防止乘员身体前倾，则有效保护乘员的安全。预紧式安全带中起主要作用的是卷收器，除了普通卷收器的收放织带功能外，还具有当车速发生急剧变化时，能够在0.1秒左右加强对乘员的约束力，因此它还有控制装置和预拉紧装置。
